Does Creduna guarantee that we get credits?
No. Creduna assesses your company against the published rules and prepares the application. AWS and Anthropic alone decide who receives credits and how much.
Can Creduna submit the application for us?
No. Both programs require the startup to apply from its own accounts. We prepare the draft; you review it and submit it directly to the provider.
Can we use AWS credits and Claude credits at the same time?
Yes, but not on the same request. Claude for Startups credits work only on the Anthropic API and expire after six months. AWS credits work only on AWS, including Amazon Bedrock. We plan which workload runs where, so the credits that expire first are spent first.
Can you see our prompts or customer data?
No. The role reads billing data and usage metrics such as token counts per model. It has no permission to read model inputs, outputs or invocation logs.
Will cheaper tokens make our product worse?
Caching and batch do not change model output. Routing and context trimming can, so those are proposed as separate changes and measured against your evals before anything ships.
Is Creduna affiliated with AWS or Anthropic?
No. Creduna is an independent company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon Web Services or Anthropic.
How much does Creduna cost?
Creduna is currently free during early access. You can check startup credit eligibility, assess application readiness and use the current early-access features without entering a credit card. We plan to introduce paid plans for advanced continuous FinOps capabilities later, with pricing shown clearly before you upgrade.
Does Creduna take a percentage of my credits?
Not during early access. Creduna does not take a percentage of credits awarded through the programs you apply for.
How do we remove access?
Delete the CloudFormation stack. The role is gone and so is the access, immediately.
